GUIDANCE FOR BEGINNERS IS BALANCED WITH PERIODS OF QUIET FOR A SUPPORTED, RESTFUL EXPERIENCE. POSTURES ARE ADAPTIVE + SUITABLE FOR EVERY BODY. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS IS AVAILABLE.

CLASSES ARE HELD IN A TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED, PEACEFUL SPACE WITH LOW LIGHTING + MEDITATIVE MUSIC


Hygiene matters - bring your own gear

For your Pure Yin Yoga practice, please bring:
✔️ Your own yoga mat
✔️ A thick blanket (or large towel, to use as a prop)
✔️ A bolster
✔️ Two yoga blocks
✔️ A yoga strap

Yin Yoga is a deeply personal practice, with close contact between body and props. Using your own props supports a considered, hygienic experience (see FAQ here). If you’re new, you’re welcome to borrow blocks, a strap or a bolster temporarily, but your own mat and blanket are essential. Ongoing students are expected to have their own props. If borrowing props, please cover them with a towel.
